Standard Terms and Conditions

Estimated Delivery

Standard equipment lead times are 6-10 weeks after receipt of purchase order and complete
site/design documentation. Actual lead times may vary depending on specific project scheduling.

N30 Payment Terms

40% of total price invoiced upon issuance of PO

40% of total price invoiced upon completion of factory acceptance testing
20% of total price invoiced upon the earlier of system commissioning or 30 days after delivery
All payments to be made in U.S. Dollars via electronic payment or money order

Other Terms & Conditions

Quotation Duration: Prices quoted are valid for 60 days from date of issuance.
Taxes: Prices do not include any applicable state or local taxes.
Shipment Terms: Delivery is FOB Waitsfield, Vermont.
Installation: Prices do not include installation or commissioning costs.
Maintenance and Servicing: Two (2) hours of phone support is included in the purchase price.
If on-site support is required, travel expenses will be billed separately at cost plus a 15%
administrative fee.

Standard Warranty
Northern Reliability warrants all of its power systems to be free from defects in design, materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of commissioning by the first end user, or eighteen
months after the date of shipment, whichever comes first. Extended warranties are available when
combined with monitoring packages.
