CLASS/ SOLO PHOTO-SHOOT SCHEDULE
Please be informed of the class pictorial schedule for this AY which is scheduled on the specified dates.
Please make sure the class is at the venue (CPA, 2ND Floor) 10 minutes before their scheduled pictorial.
Have the students form two lines, one for the male and another for the female students (according to
height.) G3-4 (class pictorial) and G6 class and solo pictorial. Please remind them of the following:
NO I.D.s and NO JACKETS. HAIR MUST BE NEATLY COMBED.
Adviser must be present with the class, too. (pls.coordinate with the subject teacher of your class to stay
with the section you are handling at that specified period).
Class must be complete. The class pictorial will not push through only if there are more than 2
students who are absent
