Open SolidWorks
Go to: Start > Programs > SolidWorks

Change the dimensions and the position of the blueprint as shown in the picture (The scale calculations are already done for you)
Select Full image in the Transparency tab and change the transparency into 0,40
Click OK
Click at the Front Plane and drag at the corner balls to increase the Plane size as shown in the picture
Close the sketch
