Objects of a sports club

1. To establish and conduct a club or clubs and to provide equipment
and maintain a club houseor club houses with proper and sufficient accommodation and facilities

2. To construct and provide accommodation like halls, rooms etc. for
different games like tennis courts badminton courts closed or open table
tennis courts billiards and snookers, room and tableslibraries, reading
rooms, canteen rooms, recreation and entertainment room, gymnasium
and placesof entertainment.

3. To carry on the business as proprietor of different types of games
and sports activity and generally as organisers, promoters and managers
of all kinds of entertainment, amusement, recreation, games,competition
matches licenced restaurant and canteen or refreshment rooms and gener ally to deal insports item like balls, shuttles cricket bats and other playing
articles and things or instruments andalso to deal in food and beverages
and refreshment, books, periodicals, newspapers and any other trade or
business which can be advantageously carried on in connection with any
allied activity

Objects of the social clubs.

1. To establish, carry on and subsidies a social club in the city of......
or any other club or clubs and to let or hire out or provide to be used by
the members of such club or any person with or withoutpayment, any
club house or houses and any other property of the Co.

2. To build, repair, maintain and conduct a club house or houses and
other construction orstructures necessary or convenient for the conduct
of social club at different places in the city of...

3. To provide, make and sell meals, foods, alcohol and soft drink,
tobacco, goods, clothing,equipment and accessories and all other things
required in connection with any club.

4. To provide facility for indoor games like cards, chess, billiards and
snooker, video and audio T. V. Sets, musical instruments and other social
entertainment

5. To provide temporary residential accommodation to members,
and other goods and provide accommodation for conferences, seminars,
gatherings, meetings of all types and to let on hire the wholeor any part
of the property of the club for any of the above mentioned objects.
