Observations
1. The burner pipe is still in correct position
2. Shroud plate is still intact and correctly positioned
3. No snow man on the burner pipe
4. Coating starting at 8 m mark extending to approx. 16 m mark but some patches of
coating has fallen off on the 9 m mark and other small points around the 13, 14,15 m
mark
5. The lobster is still in good position

General Kiln Condition

Coating fall out around 9 m

mark

Stable coating in the kiln starting at

the 8 m mark up to around 16 m
mark

The burner pipe is in good

condition, no peeled off castable
and the shroud plate is intact and
in the correct position

Conclusion
Based on the observations made the kiln is available to run.
