What does Armed Bar

consist off ?

1. The transparent burglar bar (polycarbonate) have a grooves on top

and bottom of the bar and a specially designed wire is forced into
the transparent burglar bar and are connected inside the AB box.
2. The 0.4mm wire is a tin copper wire (tin layer protect the copper
wire against corrosion) with a specific thickness transparent sleeve
to add a further corrosion protection.
3. The AB Box is separately connected to the window frame and will
keep the wire back should the bar be kicked out and will the wire
brake and activate the alarm.

What does Armed Bar

4. The connections are done with a Scotchlok connecter (3M) and

protect striped wires with a silicone gel when closing the connector.

5. Resisters are installed at the end of the bars to prevent any

tampering of the wires.
6. The AB Tool is a unique handheld tool that make it possible to
forced the wires in the grooves on site.

How does Armed Bar work?

An electrical pulse is sent from the alarm control panel
through the wires that are installed on both sides of the
transparent burglar bar strips.
This integrated alarm sensor wires are connected in-series
and the alarm will be activated as soon as:
