KFFL FANTASY LEAGUE RULEBOOK

1. THE DRAFT

THE DRAFT WILL CONSIST OF 13 ROUNDS


NON AUCTION FORMAT
2 MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PICK
THE DRAFT WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE THIRD WEEKEND OF
AUGUST EVERY YEAR

2. ENTRY FEE AND PRIZES


ENTRY FEE IS $100 PER TEAM
MANAGERS WILL LOSE A DRAFT PICK FOR BEING LATE WITH
THEIR ENTRY FEE. PAYMENT IS DUE ON OPENING KICKOFF OF
THE SEASON. IF YOU HAVENT PAID BY THEN YOU LOSE A
4TH, IF YOU STILL HAVENT PAID BY KICKOFF OF WEEK 2 YOU
LOSE A 2ND, AND BY WEEK 3 YOU LOSE YOUR 1ST
LAST PLACE DOES NOT PAY EXTRA $50 TO 4TH PLACE
PRIZE MONEY BREAKDOWN IS AS FOLLOWS:
REGULAR SEASON DIVISION WINNERS - $100
PLAYOFF CHAMPION - $500 & TROPHY
2ND PLACE - $200
3RD PLACE - $100
THE TROPHY MUST BE SHIPPED BY THE PREVIOUS
SEASONS WINNER WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE NEW CHAMPION
WINNING IT, OR YOU LOSE ALL YOUR DRAFT PICKS AND MUST
PICK YOUR TEAM ONCE THE DRAFT IS OVER.
LAST PLACE WILL PLAY SECOND LAST IN A BEST OF 3 GAME
PLAYOFF AND THE WINNER WILL GET THE 1ST OVERALL PICK
AS LONG AS THEY ARE WITHIN 3 GAMES OF EACH OTHER AT
THE END OF THE SEASON. IF THEY ARE 4 OR MORE GAMES
APART, LAST PLACE WILL RECEIVE 1ST OVERALL
1ST OVERALL WILL GET THE 10TH PICK, 2ND OVERALL WILL GET
9TH, 3rd OVERALL WILL GET THE 8TH PICK, 4TH OVERALL WILL
GET 7TH, 5TH OVERALL WILL GET 3RD, 6TH OVERALL WITH GET
4TH, 7TH OVERALL WILL GET 5TH, AND 8TH OVERALL WILL GET
6TH. THE REASON FOR THIS IS SO YOU HAVE TO WIN TO GET A

BETTER PICK AND NOT TANK AFTER YOURE OUT OF THE


PLAYOFFS TO GET A BETTER PICK
THE LOSER OF THE LEAGUE WILL DONATE $50 AND COMBINE
WITH THE LOSER OF THE HOCKEY POOL TO PROVIDE THE
FOOD/BOOZE FOR THE DRAFT
THERE WILL BE AN AGM MEETING ON THE SECOND WEEKEND
OF JULY EVERY YEAR

3. ROSTERS
ROSTERS WILL CONSIST OF 16 PLAYERS
STARTING POSITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1
FLEX, 1 TE, 1 D/ST, 1 K
THERE WILL BE 6 BENCH SPOTS AND 1 IR
FLEX POSITION WILL BE RB/WR/TE ONLY
EACH TEAM WILL ANNOUNCE 4 KEEPERS AFTER THE SEASON
STARTING IN 2015, KEEPERS WILL BE 3 PLAYERS
KEEPERS WILL BE ANOUNCED THE SUNDAY BEFORE THE
DRAFT EACH YEAR (MINIMUM 4 DAYS)
4. DIVISIONS
THERE WILL BE 2 DIVISIONS CONSISTING OF 5 TEAMS EACH
THE PREVIOUS YEARS TOP TWO TEAMS IN THE PLAYOFFS
WILL DRAFT THE DIVISIONS
THE TOP TEAM IN EACH DIVISION WILL BE AWARDED TOP
POSITION FOR THE PLAYOFFS
ALL REMAINING TEAMS WILL MAKE THE PLAYOFFS BASED ON
OVERALL RECORD. NOT BASED ON DIVISION STANDINGS
IN THE PLAYOFFS, TEAMS WILL RE-SEED AFTER EACH ROUND
SO THE HIGHEST SEED PLAYS THE LOWEST REMAINING SEED
5. TRADING
TRADES CAN INVOLVE ALL PLAYERS AND DRAFT PICKS FROM
YOUR ROSTER
NO TRADES ALLOWED AFTER TRADE DEADLINE IN WEEK 12

PLAYERS INVOLVED IN TRADE MUST BE DEALT AT TIME OF


AGREED TRADE. IF YOU DO A FUTURE CONDISERATIONS
TYPE DEAL, IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
KEEPERS CANNOT BE TRADED UNTIL 1 MINUTE AFTER THE
UPCOMING DRAFT UNLESS IT IS AN EVEN PLAYER TRADE
PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED TO BE TRADED BACK TO THE SAME
TEAM IN THE SAME YEAR WITHOUT ANY TIME LIMIT. IF THE
DEAL LOOKS TO BE SHADY AND ONE PERSON COMPLAINS,
THE LEAGUE WILL VOTE ON THE TRADE
THERE WILL BE NO MANAGER PROTESTS AGAINST A TRADE
(EXCEPT IN THE ABOVE SITUATION)
FREE AGENT MONEY IS ALLOWED TO BE INVOLVED IN A
TRADE
6. WAIVERS/FREE AGENTS
THE WAIVER WIRE WILL BE LOCKED FROM SUNDAY TUESDAY AND NO FREE AGENTS CAN BE PICKED UP DURING
THAT TIME
WAIVER ARE CONTINUOUS WAIVERS AND WILL BE
PROCESSED ON WEDNESDAYS AND SATURDAYS
DURING THAT TIME, TEAMS CAN PLACE A DOLLAR AMOUNT
BID ON A PLAYER THEY WOULD LIKE TO ADD. ON WEDNESDAY
MORNING, THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST BID WILL BE
AWARDED THAT PLAYER, AND THE AMOUNT OF THE HIGHEST
BID WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THAT TEAMS BUDGET,
REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OF THE NEXT HIGHEST BID,
OR THEY WERE THE ONLY BIDDER OR NOT.
IF THERE IS A TIE IN THE BIDDING, THE PLAYER IS AWARDED
TO THE TEAM WITH THE HIGHEST WAIVER RANK
FROM WEDNESDAY UNTIL GAMETIME SUNDAY, WAIVER ARE
OPEN AND YOU CAN ADD/DROP PLAYERS AS YOU PLEASE
THE LAST PLACE TEAM FROM THE SEASON BEFORE GET THE
TOP WAIVER PRIORITY AT THE START OF THE YEAR AND WILL
LOSE IT ON A ROLLING BASIS (IF YOU USE YOUR WAIVER PICK
YOU MOVE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE ORDER)
7. SCORING

0.5 POINTS WILL BE AWARDED FOR EACH RECEPTION


FRACTIONAL POINTS WILL BE USED. EACH YARD IS WORTH .1
FOR RUSHING AND RECEIVING, AND EVERY 5 YARDS PASSING
IS .2
POINTS WILL BE AWARDED AS PER THE FOLLOWING:
OFFENSE
PASSING YARDS = 1 POINT PER 25 YARDS
PASSING TDS = 6 POINTS
INTERCEPTIONS= -2 POINTS
RUSHING YARDS = 1 POINT PER 10 YARDS
RUSHING TDS = 6 POINTS
RECEPTION YARDS = 1 POINT PER 10 YARDS
RECEPTION TDS = 6 POINTS
2 POINT CONVERT = 2 POINTS
FUMBLES LOST = -2 POINTS
OFFENSIVE FUMBLE RETURN TD = 6 POINTS

DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS
SACK = 1 POINT
INTERCEPTION = 2 POINTS
FUMBLE RECOVERY = 2 POINTS
TOUCHDOWN = 6 POINTS
SAFETY = 2 POINTS
BLOCKED KICK = 2 POINTS
4TH DOWN STOPS = 1 POINT
KICKOFF & PUNT TDS = 6 POINTS
POINTS ALLOWED 0 = 10 POINTS
POINTS ALLOWED 1-6 = 7 POINTS
POINTS ALLOWED 7-13 = 4 POINTS
POINTS ALLOWED 14-20 = 1 POINT
POINTS ALLOWED 21-27 = 0 POINTS
POINTS ALLOWED 28-34 = -1 POINT
POINTS ALLOWED 35+ = -4 POINTS

KICKERS
FIELD GOALS 0-19 YARDS = 1 POINT

FIELD GOALS 20-29 YARDS = 2 POINTS


FIELD GOALS 30-39 YARDS = 3 POINTS
FIELD GOALS 40-49 YARDS = 4 POINTS
FIELD GOALS 50+ YARDS = 5 POINTS
FIELD GOALS MISSED 0-19 = -5 POINTS
FIELD GOALS MISSED 20-29 = -4 POINTS
FIELD GOALS MISSED 30-39 = -3 POINTS
FIELD GOALS MISSED 40-49 = -2 POINTS
FIELD GOALS MISSED 50+ = -1 POINT
POINT AFTER MADE = 1 POINT
POINT AFTER MISSED = -1 POINT
