Year 1 Personal
1) I will spend more time with my family and will communicate with them at least
three times a week using the telephone.
2) By joining Cross Fit and maintaining a healthy diet, I will lose 15 lbs.

Year 1 - Career
1) I will visit my occupational therapy
mentor twice a year to seek feedback
regarding post-graduate plans.
2) I will research pediatric clinics for
occupational therapy in Los Angeles, CA
to determine potential facilities I can
work at upon completion of school.

Year 1 - Educational
1) I will complete my Anatomy course with a B- or better to remain in good academic standing.
2) I will review lecture slides before and after class for 30 minutes to promote better learning.

Year 1 Recreational/Leisure
1) I will go hiking around Las Vegas Red Rock Canyon at least once a month with peers.
2) I will learn new recipes by cooking three nutritious meals a week.

Year 3 - Personal
1) I will begin taking advanced tap dancing
class at a studio in Los Angeles, CA to
further develop my skill and understanding
of tap dance.
2) I will continue to exercise three times a
week in order to tone and strengthen my
body.

Year 3 - Career
1) I will begin working as an
Occupational Therapist at an outpatient pediatric clinic in Los Angeles,
CA.
2) I will begin paying off my school
loans in order to avoid financial debt.

Year 3 - Educational
1) I will complete my Masters degree in
Occupational Therapy from Touro
University Nevada.
2) I will contact an admissions
representative from USC to collect
information regarding their doctorate
program in Occupational Therapy.

Year 3 Recreational/Leisure
1) To continue my passion for traveling, I will visit South America with my boyfriend.
2) I will travel to Armenia with my family since they have never visited the homeland.

Year 5 Personal
1) I will get married to Sevag in Armenia.
2) To repay my family for all their love and support, I will take them on a trip outside
of the country.

Year 5 - Career
1) I will begin researching plans for developing a therapy clinic in Gyumri, Armenia.
2) I will create a social skills after-school program for adolescents and teenagers
diagnosed with Autism in Los Angeles, CA.

Year 5 - Educational
1) I will begin my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program at USC.
2) I will attend an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) conference.

Year 5 Recreational/Leisure
1) I will travel to Southeast Asia with my husband to visit Thailand and Indonesia.
2) I will take my dog hiking at least three times a month.

Year 10 - Personal
1) I will start a family with my husband
and have two children.
2) I will enroll my children in little
league sports and attend their weekly
games.

Year 10 - Career
1) I will build a therapy clinic in
Gyumri, Armenia for children diagnosed
with developmental disabilities.
2) I will continue working full-time at
an outpatient pediatric clinic in Los
Angeles, CA.

Year 10 Educational
1) I will begin teaching an Occupational
Therapy course part-time at a local
community college.
2) I will take classes at a local
community college to further expand
my knowledge in new areas of
Occupational Therapy.

Year 10 Recreational/Leisure
1) I will travel to Norway with my
family during the wintertime to see the
northern lights.
2) I will take my family on a wildlife
safari in South Africa.
