completed Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in Electronics or allied subjects are only eligible to
apply. Selection procedure is based on written test, group discussion and interviews. Candidates are
requiredtohavegoodinterpersonalskills,goodcommandontechnicalsidetogetselection.
EligibilityCriteria
Candidateswhowishtoapplyforcampusplacementprocedureshouldhavegoodacademicperformance
from matriculation onwards. Those who have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in
matriculation,highersecondaryexamandingraduationorpostgraduationareeligibletoapply.Those
whohavecompletedBachelorofTechnology/Engineeringareonlyeligible.Theyarenotsupposedto
have any back papers at the time of application. In addition to this, they should have completed their
studies in regular/ full time program. A maximum of 2 years gap in candidates study is acceptable.
Candidatesareexpectedtohavegoodcommunicationskillsandgoodcommandovertechnicalcourse.
Theyhavetobethoroughinanyoftheprogramminglanguages.

Personalinterview
TherewillbequestionsfromGeneralAptitudeandprofessionalknowledgeinwrittentest.Candidates
canexpectquestionsfromnumericalability,logicalreasoning,andlanguagecomprehensioningeneral
aptitudesection.Ofthese,15questionswillbeaskedfromnumericalabilitywhichhastobeattempted
within 20 minutes. There will be 15 questions from logical reasoning. The maximum time allotted for
this section is 10 minutes. There will be questions related to Reading comprehension and the Basic
Englishgrammar.Technicalsectionincludes20questions.Candidatescanexpectquestionsfromtopics
suchasProgramming,Electricalcircuits,networkingandotherrelevanttopics.Thosewhohavecleared
writtentestwillbecalledforgroupdiscussion.Candidateswillbegivenageneraltopictospeakabout.
Candidatescommunicationskillwillbeevaluatedinthissection.
Successfulcandidateswillhavetoundergotworoundsofinterview.Intechnicalinterview,candidates
can expect questions from the candidates area of specialization. Candidates should have a thorough
knowledgeintheircoresubjecttoclearthetechnicalroundsuccessfully.
FinalselectionwillbebasedontheperformanceinHRinterview.Itisconductedtoanalyzecandidates
behavior,personality,interpersonalrelationship,theabilitytohandlestressetc.Questionswillbeasked
to test the candidates reaction to situations, patience to handle problems. A thorough preparation is
requiredtocleartheentirerecruitmentprocess.
