Lesson 1
1. Read pg.2-5 and begin memorizing
2. Look over List 1 spelling and vocabulary. Read word to yourself and then spell out loud. Read example sentences
of Vocabulary and begin learning definitions.
Lesson 2
1. Review pg.2-5
2. Write out List 1 Vocabulary and definitions.
3. Read Chartless poem on pg.63. (Note authors name and look up meaning of words you dont know)
a. There will be a memorization test over this poem in Lesson 14
Lesson 3
1. Write List 1 spelling words
2. Complete List 1 Vocabulary activities A and B on notebook paper (dont have to write out questions)
3. Read Chartless poem on pg.63 as CD plays (do this at least 3 times)

Lesson 4
1. Write List 1 Vocabulary with definitions (quiz in next lesson)
2. Go over spelling, spelling out loud. Any not spelled correctly write 3 times on notebook paper (quiz in next
lesson)
3. Read Chartless poem on pg.63 as CD plays (do this at least 3 times). Then shut CD off and try to rehearse,
looking at poem when needed.
