Why our internship program?
The Automobile Dealership Operations, Marketing and Sales Internship Program, is a unique
initiative of St. Thomas University and major South Florida automobile dealerships.

The Automobile Dealership industry offers quick career growth and the potential to earn
high salaries.

South Florida is the third largest automotive market in the country and dealerships, as are
looking to hire highly qualified employees.

This growth offers an excellent learning and employment opportunity for St. Thomas
Universitys students.

An internship in the Automobile Dealership industry provides a unique aspect of education


that integrates study with planned and supervised career-related work experience to meet the
interns and the companys demands.
Are you eligible?
In order to complete an internship with this program you must...

Be a Junior or a Senior

Be able to intern full-time during the summer or part-time during the school
semester

Have a 3.0 GPA or above

Description:

The Internship will provide students with an opportunity to get hands on experience in the
Internet Marketing Department, Finance department, and other departments, utilizing various
techniques that lead to creating loyal customers.

The intern will support the Sales Marketing team, and assist in coordinating various aspects of
sales campaigns.
The intern will work closely with support staff, department heads and General Managers.
We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about digital advertising, thrives in a fastpaced environment,
and is comfortable interfacing with management, sales reps and customers.
Duties:

Assist sales reps

Coordinate various aspects of sales campaigns

Collaborate with department managers, sales reps, account strategists, social media, and
content teams to help execute campaigns

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creative thinker, detail-oriented

Interest in Sales and the Automobile Dealership Industry

Bilingual preferred

Strong written skills and good computation


Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
