Served 20 years in the U.S. Military, with 13 years of Law Enforcement experience. Exceptional
manager and leader; attained the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, the second highest enlisted rank in
the military.

specialties within the Law Enforcement Community. Patrol Officer, Watch Commander, Corrections
Specialist, Criminal Investigator, Non-Lethal Weapons Instructor, Training Officer, Harbor Security
Division Officer, Anti-Terrorism Training Officer.
Experienced with firearms. Awarded the U.S. Navys Expert Pistol Medal, and Expert Rifle Medal.

Personal Military Decorations include three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, Two Joint
Service Achievement Medals, Two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and the Joint

KEY SKILLS
Proven Leader. While working as the Chief Detective at Criminal Investigations Division I provided
technical expertise and mentorship to assigned investigators during the processing of over 400 felony
investigations resulting in the recovery of more than $2 million in government assets. As the senior
military investigator assigned to Navy Region Southwest I traveled through-out the six state area of
responsibility ensuring all new investigators were properly trained in weapons, report writing, evidence
collection techniques, crime scene processing, and department policies.
As a Correctional Facility Supervisor I was responsible for management and oversight of a facility
charged with the detention of national level interest High Value Detainees in addition to incarcerated
military personnel.
Coordinated a joint venture operation designed to eradicate the presence of drugs and contraband from
Military Installations.
Handpicked to serve as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Long Term Threat Program
while serving with a task force charged with detainee operations in Baghdad, Iraq. This high level
program was designed to build criminal cases for prosecution of the top 100 terrorists in Coalition
Force custody.
