TESOL 9 LANGUAGE TESTING

You are free to choose one of the below options for your final project.
1. Fully develop an English proficiency test for students who are
going to graduate from a university/college.
2. Fully develop an English achievement test for grade 12 high
school students at the end of the school year.
The final project should cover the following sections:
1. Introduction
2. Description of characteristics of test takers
3. Description of the test purposes
4. Required resources and a plan for test administration
5. A description of the test task types.
6. Develop the test tasks (test items) including the instructions. Four
language skills should be assessed.
7. Describing the scoring methods including the answer keys
8. A description and illustration of the qualities of the test designed for
evaluation (6 qualities of usefulness).
9. The title page of the project

Deadline for submission: 5 PM, July 5, 2015
