This document will serve merely as a disclaimer to ensure that anyone who buys or sells stocks
with Investment Chain understands policies and procedures. Signing on the lines at the bottom
of the pages indicates that the signer understands and will comply with these policies/procedures.

1. BEGINNING WITH INVESTMENT CHAIN

A. In order to begin buying and selling stocks with Investment Chain, the prospective investor
will sign the latest version of this document.
B. A $0.50 starting fee will be placed on the first purchase of the investor to promote the market,
unless he/she previously donated an amount equal to or exceeding $0.50.
C. A folder titled with the investors name should be made on the Investment Chain USB drive.
2. TRANSACTIONS
A. A stock is one of an equal portioning of all of the Investment Chains reserve amongst all
existing shares.
B. Stocks can be bought from the bank or sold back to the bank.
C. The price of stock will be determined by dividing the total Investment Chain reserve by the
number of stocks/shares.
D. Investment Chain may not at any time have a number of stocks sold that is greater than the
number used to calculate their price.
E. The price to buy/sell x number of stocks will be determined by multiplying the price of one
stock by x, the number of stocks being sold or bought.
I. When the resulting price has decimals beyond the cent, it is rounded in favor of the
bank, i.e., if the investor is buying stock, the price will round up to the next cent, or if

they are selling, they will receive the next less cent. This is to ensure that there is never
less money than should be in the reserve, and to boost the market.
F. Those who would like to buy/sell stock should notify the treasurer if they are able, or comment
their intention on the most recent price post that indicates the price at which they would like to
make a transaction. The first investor to approach the treasurer (with the money necessary for
desired purchase, if buying) at a certain stock price, will be allowed to buy at that price. In other
words, first come, first serve.
G. A 5% tax will be placed on all transactions, to support the market, and to contribute to the
security savings.
H. Investors will sign a document for Investment Chains records at the time of a transaction to
confirm prices and amounts of stock, eliminating the possibility of future confusion between the
investor and Investment Chain.
I. A transaction is complete and final, thus altering the stock price, at the moment the signatures
of the treasurer and investor are both on the transaction sheet, affirming both the investor and
treasurer received/gave what was due.
3. SETTLING ISSUES
A. Necessary economic decisions will be made by the three stockholders who have the top three
greatest quantities of stock.
I. These decisions solely include those regarding the immediate economy, such as: if and
when to increase the number of Investment Chain stocks, which would lower the stock
price and make more available for sale, and market growth strategies.
II. This method of choosing economic decision makers is employed to foster competition
in the market, thus bringing more value.
III. See 4.C.-D.
B. Decisions that need to be made concerning Investment Chain policies and procedures will be
proposed via www.investmentchainfi.weebly.com as they arise, where anyone with an opinion
may state it there, and the votes will be counted and the decision noted on the date and time
indicated in said blog.
I. At least a 24-hour period should be given to determine the general opinion of
Investment Chain stockholders.

II. Only those who own Investment Chain stock at the time they state their opinion will
be noted as legitimate voters and, thus, only the votes of these legitimate voters will be
counted and noted.
C. If any question be raised at the integrity of a decision or action by Investment Chains top
three stockholders, or should any of the sorts of disagreements arise, they will be resolved by a
majority vote of all stockholders willing to vote their opinion on the issue.
D. Once a vote has been taken by the Investment Chain website/blog, the result (if a new policy
or method) should be placed in this document, and typed, printed, and signed by all who at that
time own Investment Chain stock, asserting that they understand and agree to comply with the
new policy/method, or placed in the file of any former stockholder, for them to sign if and when
they wish to own Investment Chain stock again.
4. DUTIES
A. The three stockholders who have the top three greatest quantities of stock have specific duties
for the operation of Investment Chain.
I. One duty is to be treasurer, or to keep securely the reserve of Investment Chain on their
person on school property, or at least accessible to another member of the said top three
shareholders, so that transactions may be made at the greatest amount of instances
possible. This stockholder will also keep on hand transaction forms, which, once filled
out, should be given to the record holder as soon as possible.
II. Another duty is to be record holder. This member of the said top three shareholders
will be responsible for accurately writing down, in ink pen on the official Investment
Chain record sheets, all transactions and economic changes, and the official status of the
reserve, as they occur. This will be accomplished following the titles of the columns on
the official sheets and according to the way done in all previous records. This person will
also keep all transaction forms with signatures in folders, one for every current or
previous stockholder, as well as every Investment Chain stockholders current quantity of
owned stocks. Any sheet or form of Investment Chain to be filled out, once filled and
finished, should be scanned and saved on a USB drive, with all other blank forms. This
USB drive should be kept always accessible to the record holder or the other members of
the top three shareholders.
III. The duty of the final of these top three shareholders is to be the communications
officer. This person will be responsible for managing the Investment Chain website
(www.investmentchainfi.weebly.com), Instagram account (@investmentchain), and email (investmentchainfi@gmail.com). This pertains especially to the website/blog, by

keeping the stock price and any Investment Chain news posted and updated at all times
for anyones access. This also includes posting propositions or decisions to be made for
the stockholders on the website/blog.
B. Each one of the top three stockholders will take exactly one of these duties upon
themselves.
C. If he/she ceases to be one of the top three stockholders, so will his/her respective duty
cease, which will be handed to the stockholder who will replace him/her as a member of the top
three stockholders.
D. If one of these top three stockholders elects to not take the responsibility of his/her
predecessor as member of the top three stockholders, the duty will be given to the stockholder
with the next highest quantity of stock who will accept the duty. However, any member of the
top three stockholders will have their respective duty if they want it.
5. SECURITY SAVINGS
A. Another collection of money, besides that of the main Investment Chain reserves, will exist, in
order to salvage the market, should the stock value drastically fall because of the sale of a large
portion of stocks back to Investment Chain, removing a proportionally large amount of money
from the reserve.
B. When situations like these arise, a common reaction on the part of the remaining stockholders
is to sell, so as to get whatever is left from the reserves, even if theyre losing money, so they
dont end up with stocks worth nothing. To discourage this action in the event of a market
crash, the money set aside from the main reserve, the security savings, will be offered to
stockholders, one by one, in no particular order, to buy them the same amount of stock they
currently own. This incentive will double the rate of profit earned by the stockholders who
accept this offer, and will, by putting more money into the main reserve, help boost the market
back to success.
I. The stockholder, for this deal, will accept to let Investment Chain double his/her stock
amount, and agree not to sell any stock for an agreed upon number of days or until the
stock reaches an agreed upon value.
II. This offer is only an offer; it is the stockholders individual choice to sell their stock or
take the offer.
C. For this deal to become available, the value per stock must drop by 60% or $0.15, whichever
is greater, as a result of stockholders sales.

D. To accumulate this security savings, part or all of the 5% transaction tax can be collected, in
addition to subtractions to the main reserve.
I. Regarding subtractions, they may be made by taking money from the main reserve
and placing it in the security savings. When and how much to subtract will be decided by
the top three stockholders.
