Responsibilities included creating MSDS database in Access, maintaining employment records,
tracking union time minimums, reconciling expenses, recording meeting notes, writing
technical riders, filing daily reports, assisting in technical rehearsals, assisting with special events
which included setting up basic sound systems, and other office tasks.

Responsibilities included creating and maintaining a database capable of tracking all scene shop
purchases for a 9 show season totaling $31,000, prepping shows for load-in and in some cases
organizing call times for the carpenters. Other responsibilities were making supply runs, making
supply orders to venders, acquiring and selecting bids for orders, and estimating the cost of
building scenery.
Technical Director for Not About Nightingales University of Illinois Dept. of Theatre Sup: Tom Korder
Responsibility included structurally engineering scenery, generating technical draftings for
construction and costing the scenic design for the production. In addition, scheduling and
leading crews, ranging from 5 to 30 people, in the instillation and deconstruction of scenery.

Responsibilities included overseeing student labor and constructing scenery.
Facility Manager of Armory Free Theater

This project consisted of compiling and presenting the following information in a 37 page
packet given to visiting artists using the Festival Theatre: location, personnel, logistics, theatre
dimensions, rigging system criteria, equipment inventory, and safety regulations.
