1. This is a Multiple Offer originated by the Buyer.

8. unless and until it is subsequently re-signed by Buyer and the re-signed copy is delivered in person,

10. Until Final Acceptance, the Parties understand that the Premises can be sold to someone else
11. and/or either Party may withdraw any offer/counter offer to buy or sell the Premises.

SELLER ACCEPTANCE
23. The Seller agrees to the terms and conditions of this Multiple Offer and acknowledges a receipt of a copy hereof.

25. and the additional counter offer. If there is a conflict between this Multiple Offer and the additional counter offer,
26. the provisions of the additional counter offer shall be controlling.
