Raising up Urban Leaders in Topeka Kansas

Mission:
Develop Godly leaders who glorify God and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Mighty Mens Purpose:

To develop a 6 week discipleship program for 13 youth from the Hi-Crest community. The
program will start at Avondale East each day at 12:00pm and end there at 6:00pm. The
program will consist of daily outings, activities and lessons planned and executed by the
Doxazo Staff. Lunch and dinner will be provided for the kids through the Topeka Rescue
Mission.

Dates:
June 23nd July 30th Tuesday Thursday 12:00pm 6:00pm

Expectations for all Participants:

1. Participants will show up at Avondale East every Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday at 12:00pm and then plan on being back by 6:00pm to
head home.
2. Participants will set up a meeting with their parent(s) and Doxazo leader
to go through expectations for summer and obtain parent signature.
3. Participants will follow all rules given by van driver, counselors, and
TRM staff while during the course of the program.
4. First time disobeying = warning, Second time = taken out of activity
Third time = sent home early, Repeated disobedience the next day =
sent home for rest of week.

5. Participants will engage in all activities and have a positive and

encouraging attitude.
Expectations for all Doxazo Leaders:
1. Leaders will be at Avondale East at 12:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday.
2. Leaders will plan and implement summer program.
3. Leaders will display and represent Christ in all they do.
