We work as a
contractor in the
construction industry
as well as a
developer to create
a more efficient deisgn
for any specific
building.

What is the average

duration for wach
stage mentioned
earlier in any
project?

During the preconstruction stage,

planning and designing
of the structure of
the building will take
around a year
depending on the size
and the urgency of
the project. Lastly,
tendering and bidding
of the whole project
usually takes around
3 to 4 months to
complete. In
conclusion, the whole
pre-construction
stage takes up
around 2.5 years. For
the construction
building, the process
takes around 2 to 4
years to complete
depending on the size
of the building. When
the construction
building is finally
complete, we hand
over whole project o
its owner and this
could take up to 6
months.

Normally I will focus
on one main project
and then supervise my
colleagues to handle
other projects as
well as depending on
how important and
interesting is the
project. By doing so,
we get to organize
our work in a more
effective and timesaving way.
