My Expectations for the next Academic Session relevant to the position of Lecturer II being

sought
To teach at undergraduate level in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed
from time to time by the Head of Department
meeting assigned classes, holding regular office hours, and being available for students and
for departmental responsibilities during the entire academic session;
conducting class according to the lecture delivery modules, evaluating student work
impartially, and administering mid-semester and final examinations at the scheduled times;
participate in the professional work of the academic discipline to which I belong, and
respecting the intellectual property rights of others;
conduct high quality research which is reflected in the authorship of high quality
publications, or other research outputs, in the areas of Mathematics.
providing service to the department, the School, the College, and the University for the
achievement of their missions and participating in other assignments.
To participate in departmental and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and
building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department
To contribute to departmental, College, or working groups or committees set up by the
University as requested
supervise academic and research work by undergraduate students
