WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REAL PROPERTY

I, XXXXXXXX XXXXXX, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of

402-D Ramos Compound, Tandang Sora Ave., Tandang Sora, Quezon City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state;
That a certain parcel of lot located in Lot no. 8, Block no. 12, Villa
Pureza Subdivison Punta Dalan, Iloilo city, containing an area of 100 square
meters was brought jointly under my name and YYYYY YYYYYY;
That it is YYYYY YYYYYY who diligently paid the monthly dues and its
interest;
That it has been fully paid last January 14, 2014;
That I hereby waive all my rights and interest over the above
mentioned property in favor of YYYYYYY YYYYYY;
That I execute this waiver, freely and voluntarily to attest to the
foregoing facts and statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
