Lorain VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

Status Update
The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is committed to
providing convenient access to healthcare for the Veterans of
Northeast Ohio.
In our commitment to provide safe, quality care, VA has
determined it is necessary to relocate the Lorain CBOC and is
seeking space for a temporary clinic. VA plans to continue to
operate a CBOC within the boundaries of the area of delineation
on a permanent basis.
The map below shows the area of delineation and the number of
Veterans by zip code who received care at the Lorain CBOC in
2014.
There will be no change in VAs ongoing commitment to ensure
that eligible Veterans have transportation for their healthcare
needs.
As of today, VA Contracting has not selected a site for the
temporary clinic.
