Lifestyle becomes more and more challenging.
Signaling will increase substantially in the coming 5 years while
the networks shift towards LTE and VoLTE. Mobile data usage
explodes due to an increased number of subscribers using
smartphones with more and more demanding apps. This is an
unprecedented growth in signaling generated by LTE, LTE
Roaming, VoLTE, Advanced Policy Management and Charging
needs. Unpredictable signaling peaks create new challenges on
critical network elements which may result in network outages.
Active load balancing and application aware traffic management
using signaling controllers at the edge and inside the core of the
network are some of the remedies to protect your network.
All of these topics are addressed in 1 day symposium with a wide
range of sessions spreading from regulation over industry trends
to the actual design of robust networks.
This event is being organized in co-operation with EUGAP, to be
held the day following EUGAP#34 concludes (Thursday May 28 th,
2015) at the Makati Shangri-La hotel in Manila, The Philippines.
