A safe and positive environment for kids

Our Story
In 1999, Boys & Girls Clubs of Emerald Valley was granted its
charter by Boys & Girls Clubs of America. We opened our doors
at the Westmoreland Branch in October at the former community
center and have been serving the youth of Lane County ever
since. On average we serve 150 youth a day, each greeted with a
friendly smile and the knowledge that they are safe at the Club.
We offer a wide variety of activities conducted in a warm and
friendly atmosphere to capture the interest of all youth attending.
Youth may come to the Club at any time during our hours of
operation.

We emphasize values inherent in the relationships

between young people, their peers and adult leaders.

By

following these values, we are able to provide a safe and positive

place for all youth!

Mentoring Opportunities
Our members have the opportunity to be matched with a
staff member, intern or volunteer who will mentor them for
an extended period of time.

The positive relationships

fostered through these mentorships are very strong and
