‘To Whom tt May Concern:
| have had the pleasure of working with Mrs, Chrissy Davis forthe pat school year Professional,
organize, reliable, caring, flexible, and hard-working ae just afew words that describe Chrissy
hhave observed Chrisy working with students in a remediation class seting and one-on-one to
provide extra help and support. Chsy is passionate about helping students achieve sucess. She
‘works well with her colleagues to provide support fr students, especial strugling learners,
Chrissy is knowledgeable and experienced with technology She isnot afraid to take on any
challenge and isa great problem solver. Chrissy isan independent, quick thinker and often finds the
solution toa problem in its early stages.
‘This year at Pinkston Middle School, the faculty, staff and student had the opportunity to
participate inthe Strengths Quest personaly assessment by the GALLUP organization. Four of
Chrissy’ top strengths include Relator, Responsibility, Connectedness and Adaptabilty. Cissy
lis each of these strengths everyday in her work wit students and colleagues. Three of these
strengths (Relator, Adaptability and Connectedness) fll n the Relationship Building category and
‘the ther strength Responsibity) talls in the Executing category. She easly bul rapport ana
‘makes students fee! comfortable in her classroom and interactions in the hallway. Adaptabilty is
‘one of Crissy’s most valuable strengths, in my opinion | witnessed ths firsthand with Chris's
‘Work in helping me complete the PARCC Assessment this spring semester.
In early February | asked Chrissy to serve as atest proctor for both the PBA and EOY PARC
‘Assessment in March and April/May. She agreed and went above and beyond by coming tothe
training for Test Administrators since she ia certified teacher. | was very thankful for Chrissy during
both entire PARCC Testing windows. Infact, her assistance was so valuable, that Ido believe without
her, would have been difficult to get everyting finished by the deadline. Chrissy helped with
‘some makeup testing after the PAA PARCC and also volunteered to assist with makeup testing upon
‘completion ofthe EOY PARCC. My son became unexpectedly il and |was atthe hospital in Memphis
‘with him forfour days. communicated with Chrissy va phone, email and text and she used her
Responsibility and Adaptability strengths to complete many ofthe EOY PARCC makeup testing
sessions. Chlsy's wing attitude and great work ethic helped her successfully complete this task
‘that asked of her. Consequenty, when | returned to work, it was much esl to pickup and finish
the PARCC makeup testing than t would have been without her assistance, Cissy wil be great
asset to any teaching staff
sincerely,
