Starr Elementary School 2015, May-June
Long-Term Substitute K-5 Music Teacher
Assumed the role of music teacher while the primary teacher took a maternity leave.
Provided students with a diverse introductory musical curriculum and a structured expectation/discipline plan for the
general music classroom throughout grades K-5.
Lead a 1st grade Ice Cream Social Concert as well as an end-of-the-year Kindergarten Celebration Concert
Followed through with two weeks of lesson plans from the primary teacher and constructed unique lessons to fill the
remainder of the school year.
