A joining fee of R200.00 for 1st swimmer thereafter R100 per every additional swimmer, is payable in
advance. Joining fees and monthly fees are not refundable.
Fees are payable by the 5th of the month. Lessons will be suspended if the fees are not paid.
Fees are payable in cash, please obtain a receipt from the tuck shop, or via eft.

MAKING WAVES - CURRENT ACCOUNT.

Please put childs name and surname as a reference for internet payments.
All charges for bad payments handed over will be for your cost.
Making Waves is open all year round, as we have the facility to do so.
Full fees are payable in December and January.
November will not be taken as a resignation period, if you wish to resign; you must either resign
the end of October, or the end of December.

Resignations must be completed in writing, if you hand this in to the tuck shop, please ask for a receipt
for this and keep it as proof. You may email it to makingwaves888@gmail.,com. Only once we have
confirmed your email, will we accept your notice.
K) Two (2) calendar months WRITTEN NOTICE is required to terminate lessons.
L) The school will close for a period in December and re-open again in January. We will also close during
the Easter break. The months that have 5 weeks in them, normally balance out the lessons missed
during these periods.
M) If you miss a lesson due to ill health, we will try make up the lessons. However during summer months
this is problematic due to classes being full. Winter is not a problem at all.
N) There are no lessons on public holidays.
O) The school will have a yearly increase in the fees in March.
P) The fees for 2015 are: 1 x per week R400.00 per child. 2 x per week R485.00.
Q) If you have 3 or more children swimming there is a 15% discount and there is a discount for terms
payers

RULES FOR THE POOL AREA.

All swimmers are to wear a swimming cap, and any child under the age of 2 is to wear a waterproof
swimming nappy. If your child is older than this and not yet potty trained, please make sure him/her
wears a waterproof nappy. These can be bought at the swim school.
No parents are allowed into the pool area during lesson time.
The children will be asked to leave to the pool in the event of lightning.
Swim teachers will in-still safe behaviour at all times.
Please do not allow children to play at front of the house. It is private property.
No smoking allowed on premises at all. This is government law.

I hereby waive any claim which I may at any time have against Making Waves Swimming School
and/or Cally Passmore and/or Gavin Botes and/or any other teacher, instructor or any person in
control thereof or in charge thereof shall be liable in any manner whatsoever for any damage, loss,
loss of life , bodily injury or damage to, or loss of property, of whatsoever nature and from
whatsoever cause, whether caused by negligence of the instructors and/or any employee, or any
person acting on their behalf, which may be caused or arise from the above lessons, or as a result
of being on or entering the premises 10 Miles Sharp Street, Rynfield Benoni and I hereby indemnify
and shall keep indemnified the instructors against any and all claims by any person arising out of
the causes referred to herein, and/or any other causes whatsoever arising out of the above
mentioned lessons or by virtue of being present at 10 Miles Sharp Street, Rynfield Benoni.
