1 Main transformer has weather proof enclosure and

tamper-resistant construction.

2 Building main transformer size & voltage is

according to the specifications.
3 The transformer is deadfront construction.
4 Transformer is installed level.
5 Transformer accessories meet project specifications.
6 Transformer enclosure color meets campus standard.
7 Transformer is labeled properly.
Grounding system is installed as called in
8 specification & on the drawings.
Contractor delivered spare fuses to CSM Electric
9 Shop as per specifications.
Transformer hinged access doors are lockable with
10 CSM standard padlock.
Transformer has 15 KVA, 200 AMP loadbreak &
11 built-in stress cones.
There are solid state adjustable trip circuit breaker in
12 the secondary component as shown on the drawings
and described in specifications.
Breakers are rated as per specifications and provided
13 with ground fault shunt trip sensor when exceeding
600 volts phase for each service disconnecting
means rated 1,000 AMP or more.

14 All one line diagram and electrical lay-out plan as

built are delivered.

15 Meter is installed properly Lanois & GYR

#60541100400 with base.
CT’s are sized and installed correctly usually 60% of
16 max load.
Separate Conduit is installed for Staefa interface
17 with building Electrical metering device.

18 CT’s ratios are defined by the project electrical

engineer and meter is programmed correctly.
