My first dish innovation? first TV show I watched? If people ask me, I do not
remember the reason why I love food. I just love the fact that food can speak
different languages. They can literally change negative presumption into positive
memory. This can only be earned through a mixture of quality, creativity, speed,
efficiency and beautifulness which eventually can put a smile in people faces and
so in my face. I believe that producing one meal is a form of an art. Art that
needs to be mastered and sharpened through a real life experience, practice and
education.
