The goal of this design is to create fluidity throughout

the residence by blending the original California ranch
style with the new addition. Taking color and design
inspiration from iconic lithographs produced by Andy
Warhol, the design resonates a contemporary, clean,
and sophisticated feeling.

CLIENT PROFILE
Mark and Sylvia Holt are newlyweds in their 30s who have been married for 2
years and have an infant daughter, Lydia. Mark is a Marine Biologist, while Sylvia is a
Yoga Instructor and Studio Owner. They live an informal yet athletic lifestyle, where
they entertain small groups of close friends often. They also consider themselves
eco-adventure travelers. They have a collection of Andy Warhol celebrity portrait
lithos, as well as 2 Barcelona chairs and ottomans in black leather that they would
like to incorporate into the new design. They also require a dedicated yoga and
meditation space for Lydia, and an office both her and Mark to share.
