Teaching Internship II, Bliss Carman Middle School
Cooperating teacher: Mr. Rob Doucette
During this internship, I taught Grade 6 and a Grade 6/7 split class
Math, Science and Social Studies. Through my eight week placement,
I assumed full teaching responsibilities almost immediately and was
responsible for planning and facilitating all lessons. I was able to
develop my skills in differentiation a great deal during this time and
have acquired techniques and resources that will assist me in my
future of teaching. I spent many hours volunteering within the
school including the We Be Jammin musical club, a karaoke club
and a lunch time Math help group, along with other events, as
outlined below.

Teaching Internship I, Minto Memorial High School

Cooperating teacher: Mrs. Sheryl-Ann Livingston
During this internship, I had the opportunity to teach Grade 11-2
Biology, Grade 10 Science, and Grade 11-2 Chemistry. I also
volunteered with tutoring at lunch on a regular basis for all of my
students. I performed weekly supervision duties and completed all
record keeping by the end of my placement. I also made an effort to
assist with various school events including a pot luck and an arts
and crafts club at lunch.
