PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

THIS LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT CERTIFIES FOR THE FOLLOWING PUPPY:

Hindermann Huskies is dedicated to the improvement of the Siberian Husky breed. The purpose of
this contract is to assure that any dogs produced by our kennel will receive appropriate care and
protection so that the outstanding qualities of health and versatility will be enhanced. It is to be
hereby recognized that this Husky puppy represents many years of careful breeding and is
extremely valuable to both the Breeder and now the Buyer.
----Please Read Carefully And Understand---It is hereby understood that this is a legally binding contract. This puppy is a purebred Siberian
Husky puppy registered through AKC with limited/full registration. This puppy is of good
temperament, health, and has amazing characteristics of a Siberian Husky.
A non-refundable minimum deposit of $300.00 is required before any attempt is made to hold a
puppy of your choice. The deposit amount shall be applied towards the total purchase price, if

Buyer follows through with the purchase. Please understand that the puppies, at 8 weeks of age,
will all undergo an evaluation assessment.

Limited Registration Purchase:

The total Purchase Price of the Puppy is $650.00; The Balance Due $350.00, after crediting the
holding/deposit fee of $300.00, will be paid in cash at the time of delivery of the Puppy to the
Buyer. This purchase price does not include any delivery or shipping charges which is calculated
separately. If the remaining balance of $350.00 is not paid within five days from notification of
puppy's availability, Breeder may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation
to buyer.
Limited Registration is defined as the puppy is registered but not eligible for breeding. No puppies
this dog produced would be eligible for their offspring to be registered. This status can only be
changed by the litter owner. Limited Registration also means that the puppy could not be entered
in any breed or conformation shows. The puppy could still be shown in Obedience, Tracking, Field
Trials, Hunting Tests, Herding, Lure Coursing, Agility and Earthdog. This distinction is made on the
registration paperwork provided by breeder.

Full Registration Purchase:

The total Purchase Price of the Puppy is $ 850.00; The Balance Due $ 550.00, after crediting the
holding/deposit fee of $300.00, will be paid in cash at the time of delivery of the Puppy to the
Buyer. This purchase price does not include any delivery or shipping charges which is calculated
separately. If the remaining balance of $550.00 is not paid within five days from notification of
puppy's availability, Breeder may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation
to buyer.
Full Registration is defined as the puppy is registered and is eligible for breeding if the puppy
owner sees fit. Puppies from this dog would be eligible to be registered. Full registration also
means the puppy can be entered in any breed or conformation shows.

Agreement:
It is hereby agreed, by both parties, that the Buyer will continue to stay in contact with the breeder
for the life of the puppy. If the Buyer cannot keep the puppy, it is hereby agreed that the puppy will
be returned to the original Breeder so that said person can aid in finding the puppy a new forever
home. If the Buyer has found a great home for the puppy, please contact the Breeders for approval
and to transfer contact information so that the breeders can continue to know this puppys well
being. If approved, written permission will be given to the Buyers and should be kept for their
records.
In the unlikely event that the Buyer pays the deposit and purchase price and then refuses any
available puppy from said litter, the Breeders will NOT refund the deposit of the puppy. The refund
of the purchase price is upon the Breeders discretion. If the Buyer opts out of the purchase, the
Deposit and any addition amounts paid are non-refundable (unless The Breeder so chooses) and
the puppy would then be available to other public interests. In addition, please understand
Breeders have been doing this for years and have the final say in where all of said puppies go.
The Breeder reserves the right to refuse a certain puppy to a certain Buyer at anytime. The
Breeder knows said puppies best and will be able to place them in the right homes where they will
stay for their lifetime.

It is required that during cold times of the year, said puppy does not stay outside any longer than
needed for bathroom breaks. The Buyer hereby acknowledges that this dog is not being sold as a
kennel dog or outdoor dog and is hereby agreed that said puppy will reside indoors as a part of the
family. Please be responsible with the life of this puppy and keep it safe and warm at all times of
the year(s).
With the purchase of this Hinderman Huskies, The Breeder hereby makes themselves available
24/7 for the life of this puppy. All Buyers are welcome to contact the Breeders with any concerns,
questions, problems, etc that might arise or pertain to this dog over the lifetime of this canine. The
Breeder are available for any assistance of any nature pertaining to this dog: such as, but not
limited to: training, nutrition, grooming, socialization, health problems, behavioral problems, or in
any other way they can be of assistance, as time and distance allows, for the life of this dog.
The Buyer agrees that, should not all of the terms of this agreement be carried out to the fullest
extent, a violation of this contract hereby permits the Breeders the legal right to repose said dog
(The Buyer additionally agrees to immediately sign this dogs AKC registration papers with the
Breeders as full and sole owners). It is mutually agreed upon that the Buyer hereby agree to pay
any and all expenses pertaining to enforcing this contract. These fees include, but are not limited
to: lawyer fees, court costs/fees, traveling and shipping expenses, and other miscellaneous
expenses incurred by the Breeders in the process of repossessing said puppy and/or reinforcing
this contract. The Buyer also agrees that any action or proceeding brought by any party
concerning a dispute of this contract shall be brought to court in the state and county in which the
breeder resides in/chooses. If agreed, Signature Here:
The breeder asks that the Buyer notify them of this dogs passing away and the circumstances of
its death. The Breeder asks this so they can know where and what happen to their dogs, and to
mourn the loss of a family member. Also to update their records. The buyer also agrees that this
dog will not be given to any animal shelter at any point during its life, sold online, or any social
media page within written consent from Breeder.
The Buyer understands that this contract and all of its contents will remain in effect for the entire
life of this dog. The Buyer agrees that neither they, their family, estate/executors, nor any other
persons in affiliation or not in affiliation with the Buyers may place, transfer ownership of this dog,
sell, or attempt to sell without the Breeders written consent, knowledge, permission, and without
attaching copies of this lifetime contract with the new owners, if sale is approved. The buyer will
be provided with a copy of this signed contract for future reference for care of puppy.

It is mutually agreed upon that any violation of this contract will result in a minimum
fine of $500 PER offense and the Puppy Buyer is responsible for ANY/ALL costs incurred
in ensuring contract fulfillment.

By signing below, I/we hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth within this
contract and certify that I/we have read this Contract in full, understand its complete
