Chelsea Yangirelfil Mr. Merar Multicultural Education 4 ( 0 05 February 2015, ‘Who am lin my culture? Well, in my culture, it consists of some negative and positive aspects that | previously mentioned in my first reflection. The lesser value and importance that women have in the society, how respect is regarded highly amongst individuals, as well as the hierarchical system are some of the things that my culture inhibits. | come from a family with parents that took what they learned from their culture and modified it for the well being of their kids (which include me and a number of siblings). | am the second youngest and | stand in a place where | respect my elders and take care of my younger siblings/relatives. in my culture that was modified for the better, | am an adult that will soon take care of my family (older and younger) without expecting anything back. Not only does respect and care go to my family, but to the people and environment around me as well. | believe | am that kind of person in my culture.
