I completed mainly case construction projects from start to finish using plans designed with the
client. I generated samples for clients and then worked to cut and join plywood cabinetry, apply
a solid front and detail work, and sand and finish the project to specification.

As a summer intern I completed projects from start to finish, including reading technical drawings,
milling wood, cutting to dimensions, cutting joints, gluing up, sanding, and finishing both
architectural and furniture-based pieces. Occasionally I worked in metal including sandblasting,
de-greasing, cutting to dimensions, polishing, and fabrication. Off-site installations for wood, metal,
and glass were completed in the field.

As a summer intern, I spearheaded the production of 33 tablets showcasing hand-painted world

flags and their country names for BOPAs 33rd Annual Artscape festival. Additionally, I worked on
projects for the Home Shopping Networks Christmas in July holiday preview event as well as for
New York artist Borna Sammak. Skills acquired through this internship were largely on the nature of
business as well as technical problem solving while working with clients.
