OBJECTIVES:
Thestudentwillperformvariousfitnesstasksthatwillhelpdevelopstrength,endurance,agility,andflexibility
usingformdemonstratedbytheinstructor.
1. Thestudentwillrunanddodgefromotherstudentsbacktotheiroriginalspotswithoutrunningintoeach
otherduringtheintroductoryactivitydemonstratedbytheinstructor.
2. Thestudentswillmanipulatetheballinavarietyofchallenges,usingtechniquedemonstratedbythe
instructor.
3. Thestudentwillcollaborateandstrategicallyworktogetherwithotherstudentsduringthelessonfocus
usingtheskillsdemonstratedbytheinstructor.
4. Thestudentswill,asagroup,successfullytosstheballinunionswithoutanycollisionsasdemonstrated
bytheinstructor.
