The breezy summertime feel immediately comes to mind when it is festival time. Free spirits and expressions coming from all
dierent people and places, festivals bring into play the important issue of legalizing marijuana. Positive beliefs help create our
fabric theme for Spring of 2015 because of the rising interest in this debate and the continued growth in popularity of related
festivals.

Hand Wash Tumble

Our colorful, Bob Marley inspired shirt is made with a blend of 95%
rayon and 5% spandex. This mixture of fabrics allows the shirt to
have strength from the spandex, but durability from the rayon. This
textile was made using a spun-single yarn and a plain weave for
durability. Using roller printing produces the print on the shirt
because it allows colorfastness and a large number to be produced at
once.

It is a spun-single yarn, which makes the ber more light weight. This
ber is made with a plain weave, making it durable and snag resistant.
Roller printing was chose for this textile because of its great
colorfastness and allows a large quantity to be printed at once.

This blend of fabrics gives a soft hand and durable fabric because of
the use of spun-single yarns and a plain weave; which also makes this
fabric snag resistant. For the print on the shirt, a heat transfer was
chosen.
