Dear Director of Personnel,
My philosophy of success is based upon three factors: dedication, determination and
constant improvement. I believe that these factors will help me progress throughout
the exciting challenges of the MITAS graduate program. Nevertheless, I believe that
these qualities will support Maersk Oil in achieving its vision, which is to be the
natural upstream oil and gas partner, navigating complexity, unlocking potential.
My qualification for the MITAS program certainly does not depend on my current
achievements. Instead, they rely on my eagerness of constantly wanting to improve
and unleash my potential. An eagerness that Maersk Oil will fulfill throughout its
continuous training programs, yet most certainly by navigating the complexity of
the everyday new and inspiring challenges that Maersk Oil faces.
I have been educated in a high school where students came from over 40 different
countries. Upon graduation, our tights throughout the globe became even stronger.
Growing up in a multicultural environment has pushed me to become an open-mined
individual who is very interested in learning about the culture and traditions of
others. Therefore, the three rotations of the MITAS program will surely feed my
curiosity of wanting to learn more about the different fields and the different
cultures of its citizens.
