Goals

1. Be able to use my leadership skills and be able to determine when

delegation is appropriate according to the skill level of delegate,
patient acuity, etc.
2. Discuss patient care procedures, meds, plan of care, and assessment
with confidence with preceptor, or physician if needed.
3. Learn to prioritize when getting report and throughout the shift. I would
like to become more organized with charting, passing out meds,
assessments, and patient care.
4. Progressively perform all patient procedures with increasing confidence
and independence.
5. Care for a full patient load and finish on time with minimum assistance
by the preceptor.
