Objective
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I will apply knowledge and skills attained during my
training in providing primary health care to the family in culturally diverse and
underserved urban communities. I will provide health care services including education
for primary prevention of disease and chronic conditions; screening, diagnosis, and
management of diseases and chronic conditions. I also aim to provide care to support
