Out of 25 student teachers, Rachel is one of my top performing student teachers. She is a hard-working and
conscientious young professional. She puts in the effort to make sure the job is done and done well. Her
lesson plans are well-planned, creative, and student-centered. Lessons are clearly aligned with the appropriate
standards. She is confident in her instruction. She maintained the highest professionalism throughout her
bachelor's program and during her student teaching semester. She is clearly ready for her own classroom.
