TW guide students through the Moon Phases using C72-C73 from the textbook. TW
guide students through Moon Phases Flip Book. SW shade in the moon to identify the
different phases.
Criterion: With guidance, students will identify the phases of the moon and
illustrate the moon phases with 100% accuracy.

Astronomers Power Point- Using power point, TW guide students through information
and students will fill in corresponding note pages.
In any time remaining, begin Solar System Crossword Puzzle.
Criterion: Independently, students will use notes to correctly identify the phases
of the moon from given illustrations with 100% accuracy. With guidance,
students will complete their note pages on important astronomers with 100%
accuracy.
