Disassemble the decommissioned OHL masts li, Erect hoarding and chain-ink fence at CH30.250 to separation the operating railway of MOL and TAD tail tracks from construction site ‘STAGE 1— REMOVE TRACK RAILS WITHIN CONSTRUCTION SITE 2) Install water barriers with plastic boards at CH30+250. b) Remove existing track rails by crane lorry and oxy-acetylene cutter. ©) Remove existing precast concrete sleeper by crane lorry d) Remove existing ballast stone by excavator. ©) Form a temporary vehicle access from HIK to the boundary CH30+260, ‘STAGE 2 — INSTALL PRECAST CONCRETE BLOCK FOOTINGS FOR HOARDING @) Transport and install precast concrete block footing to the boundary. ‘STAGE 3 ~ INSTALL CHAIN-LINK FENCI 3) Excavate 300x300x600 footing for chain-link fence in between existing footing A and existing MTR's steel fence, b) Erect the vertical posts of chain-link fence manually, ©) Place concrete to the footing. 4) Install mesh & security wires on vertical posts. GE 4 — INSTALL HOARDING AND GATE: a) Install vertical posts on precast-concrete footing with drillin anchors. b) Install horizontal members on fixed vertical posts, ©) Transport and install gates on fixed vertical posts by crane lorry. d) Adjust and weld hinges. ©) Install cladding on horizontal members with sel-trapping screws. STAGE 5 — REMOVE OHL DECOMMISSIONED OHL MASTS 8) Use crane lony with man cage to instal a plate fing clamp with iting sling on top of existing OHL mast ) Attach the lifting sling to the hook of another crane lorry ©) Before un-tghtening the holding down bolts, adjust the lifting slings vertically and slightly tension the slings, 4) _Undtighten the holding down bolts one by one. ©) Attach a guide rope at the bottom of OHL mast 1) Lift up the CHL masts vertically and slowly lay down the OHL masts on ground form vertical to horizontal. 9) Detach the plate lift clamp and attached another 2 legs slings on the OHL mast. h) Lift up the CHL mast horizontally and more to the trunk of crane lorry. Safety and Environmental Mitigation Measures Allworkers are required to wear safety helmet, safety shoe and reflective safety vest Pre-work briefing, safety induction course and safety tool box training shall be provided to the workers prior commencement of the work. 3. Crane lorry should be equipped with safe load indicator. Examination of crane in accordance with F&IU Regulation Alling gears should be certified by RPE before use. Rigger should select the suitable ling gear, i.e. Chain sling, wire/nylon rope according to the safe working load, 6. Check weather condition before works commenced 7. Lifting operation will be aborted in case of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Amber / Red Black Rainstorm and Thunderstorm Warning is/are hoisted. 8. Person-in charge and Banksman will use walky-talky to ensure good communication with rigger and crane lorry operator during lifting work 9. Competent operator shall be employed and he shall check crane condition 10. Provide proper access and supervision 11. Regularly check the generator & electrical tools by registered electrician; Provide proper earth-rod; provide emergency stop bottom; provide fire extinguisher; Stop the generator when refuelling, 12.
