Male Empowerment in Postsecondary Success
Assist males feeling lost in interests and aspirations for postsecondary plans by providing the counseling &
resources with an end goal of having them enroll in something after high school graduation whether than be
a job, college or vocational training center.
Male population of 9th and 12th graders with lack of understanding of college/career goals after high school.
Pre-test conducted for 9th and 12th graders covering college/career interests, data from past 3 years
documenting an almost 10% difference in males enrolling in college compared to females.
