medication when I am

Mina has grown over the


course of the semester. She
consistently maintained
professional behavior in caring
for her patients. Ethical issues
in the clinical setting were
examined and discussed in a
group setting weekly.
She particularly improved her
ability to practice in a safe
manner, namely in the
administration of medications.
She had the opportunity to
develop skills pertaining to the
safe administration of insulin.

for patients and their family
members. Within my
placement I have learned to
make sure the patients needs
is one of the top priorities. This
placement has also helped my
leadership skills grow. I am
now able take charge of a
patients care without feeling
as if I need to consult on every
task I perform; however, as a
student I do recognize that I
am only a novice.

I build everyday for each
patient in order to meet the
patients needs and achieve
what I set out to complete for
their care. This placement has
allowed me to develop
focused care plans and

and ask for assistance when it
