FAMILY HISTORY
Georgina Waldorf has a husband named John, who is also a physician.
Georgina and her husband own a home, but they are temporarily staying at
another house due to the current remodeling and reconstruction. Their
marriage is currently stable. Georgina and her husband have a newborn baby
boy, who is being cared for by a nanny named Mary. Only John, Georgina,
and Johns sister reside in the temporary home. Johns sister is also the
housekeeper. She has a few close relatives: Henry, Julia, Nellie, and Jennie.
EMOTIONAL DISORDER HISTORY
Georgina Waldorf said that her husband had diagnosed her with temporary
nervous depressiona slight hysterical tendency. Georgina is currently
taking both phosphates and phosphites. Georgina has been prescribed tonics
and journeys. She was encouraged to go out for journeys to catch some air.
She was also encouraged to daily exercise, consumption of cod liver oil, ale,
wine, and rare meats.
FUNCTIONAL LIMITATIONS
Georgina Waldorf cannot participate in any physical or mental activities. She
cannot strain herself no matter how small of a degree.
She is allowed to dress herself as well as entertain herself and others. She
can also order things.
DIAGNOSIS
A diagnosis has been found after consecutive rorschach tests and the
Minnesota Multiphase Personality Inventory. Georgina Waldorf has been
diagnosed with the case of hallucinations due to her current situation.
Hallucinations involve sensing things while awake that appear to be real, but
instead have been created by the mind.
