Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing in response of the opening for the Disney College Program
Internship and I hope to be invited for an interview.
My background includes working in customer service and being very familiar
with interacting with customers and clients. Most recently I worked as a camp director
and basketball coach for the City of Pleasantons Sports and Recreation program. My
responsibilities included teaching the fundamental of basketball to kids ranging from 8 to
18, interacting with the kids and making them feel involved, understanding the needs of
certain participants, interacting with the participants parents, and handling any possible
emergency problems that could occur during the program.
In addition to this experience, I also worked for a company called PJMB
Commercial. My responsibilities included maintaining several commercial properties all
across northern California and addressing any problems that occurred from the tenants in
the commercial properties.
Through these jobs I have learned how to communicate with people at a more
professional level, increased my problem solving skills, and strengthen my skill of
working with kids.
I am confident that I can offer you not only the customer service skills but also all
traits necessary for a successful Disney employee. Thank you for your time and I look
