Why do accountant needs to know or understand about group

and the things related to group behaviour?
Ans :
Accountant as profesional needs an understanding of group behavior
because a large part of their job has to do with that. As we
know, Organizational behavior is the study of how people behave while
in groups and as individuals. Much of what an accountant do have to
do is to work as effectively as possible, whether as a group or
not.Besides, in a accounting firm, accountants commonly works on
small team, doing a project which only can be done effectively if they
understand how to be good as a part of team and interact with one
another.

Which type of leader that suitable for accounting firm? Why?

Ans:
In my opinion, transformational leadership is suitable for
accounting firm. Transformational leaders itself is able to
motivate others by their capability of having a profound and
extraordinar effect to others. To ensure that all of employees
in accounting firm do their best on their job, transformational
leaders is needed. Transformational leader also giver personal
attention, treats each employee individually ( based on their
performance), gives coaches, etc, those things are needed in
accounting firm.
