In response to the recent advertisement for the position of the Orthopedic
Coordinator position, I am submitting my resume as a job application because the
requirements are closely related to my qualifications and work experience. Along with
my nursing graduation, and hands-on job experience, I am confident my skills and

prioritize responsibilities. I have completed my Bachelors of Nursing program with Ferris
State University. During my BSN program, I have more in depth leadership and
management skills and they include, but are not limited to: delegation, supervision of
nursing care, being accountable, meanwhile, having the patients safety in the first
foremost priority. I have also learned to treat patients as individuals, and include
evidence based care to their treatment and goals. I am a advocate for all of my patients,
while bringing professionalism into the base of all care.
