    Dear Mr. Geldof,

    I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to attend the discussion session
    scheduled on Friday, 15 January 2010 regarding the HKS Turbines.

    I was informed this morning that four units of pumps at our power plant in Bangi
    have been stolen and all work in Section C at the site cannot be continued. I will not
    be around the office for four or five days until the problem is resolved.

    I am terribly sorry and I would really appreciate if you could reschedule the
    discussion to some other time. You can contact me at 013-4499810, if you require
    any information.
