Dear parents/caregivers of 7Bd,

This Thursday, the 2nd of April, as a reward for a great first

term at KVC, I would like to hold an adventure night for the
class.
This would require them returning to school at 7pm and
taking part in night activities and games. We would be
finished at 9pm.
It is vital all of the children are on time and at school at
7pm. If people are late, it will affect the whole group and
limit the time we have to do the activities. Because we are
out in the trees around the school and in the dark, people
that cannot make it by 7pm will not be able to attend.
I need some helpers to help with adventuring (and
supervising). Helpers could be parents or an older sibling
or family member. I would ask that siblings who attend
KVC do not come please. This is a special thing for our
class and is not something being run for other classes in
the school. However, if an older sibling is a peer support
student they may attend if they check with me. Helpers all
need to have a decent level of physical fitness.
The children need to bring a torch, old clothes, a dry
change in case it is wet and clothing suitable for ALL
weather conditions. We will be very reluctant to cancel.
