Observation and Adaption Plan

Tabitha Whitacre
Information on Student K:
I had the opportunity to observe K. in the classroom on multiple days.
She is a happy 6-year-old who is in a wheelchair due to complications
after she was born. This is her second year in kindergarten and she is
doing well in the classroom, but after observing her closely, there are
needs that she has and accommodations that could be made to help
her continue on her IEP goals.
